Dr. Fels graduated from Dickinson College and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Delaware Valley Medical Center and his residency and fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Fels is an Assistant Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. He was the Medical Director of the Kutztown Kidney Clinic and previously the Director of the Metabolic Stone Clinic for Valley Kidney Specialists, PC. Dr. Fels was an Interventional Nephrologist at Valley Access Center, located in Bethlehem and is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Dr. Fels started with Valley Kidney Specialists, PC in 2000 before joining Regional Nephrology Associates PA in 2024. He is Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
